This is the American Maniac.
It commemorates the execution of Dawson.

W: Mickey Knox, thank you for this time. I’ve got a few questions for you,…if you don’t mind.
M: Let’s roll the dice.

W:  Mickey Knox, when did you first start thinking about killing?
M:  Birth.  I was thrown into a flaming pit of nano.  Forgotten by God.

W:  What do you mean?
M:  I mean I came from violence.  It’s in my biomatter.  My breeder had it.  His breeder had it.  It’s just my fate…my fate.

W:  No one’s born evil.  It’s something you learn.  What about your MOTHER?  How did she die?  You were only 10
turns old then.  There’s speculation that…
M:  I didn’t kill my MOTHER and I don’t want to talk ab…(throwing things)

W:  It’s alright!  It’s o.k.!  It’s o.k.!  It’s alright!  Let’s go on to something else, o.k.?
M:  Please, let’s do.

W:  So, tell me, Mickey.  How can you look at an ordinary titan, an innocent clan with bunnies, and shoot it to death? 
How can you bring yourself to do that?
M:  Innocent?  Who’s innocent?  You innocent?

W:  I’m innocent, yes.  Of clanacide, definitely.  I like to think so.
M:  A lot of titans movin’ around out there already dead.  They just need to be put out of their misery.  That’s where I
come in,…fate’s messenger.

W:  Yeah, life is a hunt.  I’ve seen it.  I was there when the nano hit the titans at Backhollow!.  I saw it all go down at
Backhollow!(quiet)…..ahem…..(coolly)So tell me Mickey, any regrets?  I mean, 3 months, 50 titans killed, not too cool
Mickey.
M:  Well, 52, but I don’t spend a lot of time with regret.  It’s a waste of emotion.

W:  Seriously, you must have some regret in the back of your brain.
M:  Well, I wish that Dawson hadn’t a gotten killed.  Clan had a MOTHER in the creek.  ‘Could fill it up…spawn from it. 
He saw it.

W:  Saw what?
M:  The demon.

W:  The demon?  What demon?
M:  Everybody got the demon in the sphere, o.k.?  The demon lives in the sphere.  It feeds on the biomass, collects,
processes, fabricates.  It uses your weapons, your shields.  Only the vicious survive.  We’re all told we’re no good
pieces of nano from the time we could breed.  After a while, you kinda become bad.  But, you know, after Dawson, we
were gonna quit killing.  The old clan took it outta us.  I guess, Wayne, you just gotta hold that nano in your hands and
then everything becomes clear like it did to me that first time.

W:  And, what’s that Mickey?
M:  Heck man, I’m a natural born killer.

Now normally I don't add to the narative, but I also showed him some pictures, and I jotted down his comments, rewriting most in less provocative language...

“Mickey and Mallory spared no nano as they proceeded to murder every Dawson titan around the creek.” Invokation One (blue/white stripe) appears on the west side.

The entire clan in the dreaded “Oh, we’re in the center, fighting on two fronts!” position.

The death of an American computer necessitated the introduction of the American Substitute. This wonderful “out-flank the flank” maneuver was made possible by the American Substitute.

“With Invokation One gone, Dawson’s creek completed its metamorphosis from a quaint Tartarean getaway, to a terrible, nano-filled scene of cold-blooded murrrder and mayyyhem.”

I can't show anymore, the Dawson bloodbath would be up to one of the Natural Born Killers scenes, and this is a family rag. As for me, its a name change and a nice new job someplace secret. They will never find me...

But, just in case you want a hint at what happened next, look at the terrain again (right), and look where Dawson's breeders were trapped, with no escape, and a maniac betwixt them and safety.
