The Cowputt Experience

Welcome to the wonderful world of the Cowputts and all their friends. This is a brief and accelerated view of the Cowputts from inception to major trauma. It is also a parable in why it is best to move away from the spawning grounds so that you can secure your own part of the map.

As always, the black clan on the maps is the clan we are focusing on - clan Cowputts. Click on the next button below to see slide one. The story is shown in a 6 slide show, simply click on next and previous to look at the progress.

Clan Slogs, an older clan at the time of this battle. In fact this history starts at about the same time as the Slogs/Vermoulian dispatch ends. It must be said that the Slogs show little mercy to our friends the Cowputts during this time, but war is hard.

Clan Haggis, this clan has a fine history, having engaged the Bulimic long ago when they were but young. They didn't do badly either, well not until Bulimic fired at their offending fighters and vapourised them in a single turn. Pick on someone your own size.

Clan Steve, sadly this player was only with the game for 3 turns and then gave up. We know not why they did not do, they just died.

Clan Vermoulian, in this war they make a brief appearance before disappearing into the west, presumably to find less harmful pastures. In fact a birdie told us they were running from the threat of a Bulimic/Slogs pincer movement that never materialised.

Clan Wymerin, this clan is little known. They keep much to themselves, perhaps because of their youth. The end of this tale sees them taking an active part in the battle at last. We wait to see what they achieve in maturity.

Clan Bulimic, the mighty Bulimic, standing astride the Eastern bastians. One of the Elder clans, they yet keep a watchful gaze upon the spawning ground. Neither friend nor enemy they watch the newer clans trying to fight their way up the food ladder. God help any lesser clan who take them on.

Clan Sandokans, this clan has somehow preserved a clear record from its time of inception. No enemies have clamoured for their demise, but in order to grow they will have to pick sides soon.

Clan Trale, another player who joined and left, they played only a minor role during their time on the battle sphere.

Clan AARRRHHWG, so good they have scored loads of points. But we don't know who against. A mystery to us, but doing fine it seems. They can only only say AARRHHWG, so its not worth sending them messages.

Clan Zorda, loved by everyone. Mainly because they stayed with the game long enough to build a good size clan and then gave up. They formed a fine food source and the feeding frenzy that followed was quite disgusting to watch. Still it promoted many a clan from their birthing size to a healthier 40 or 50.

Clan Smurf, oh the smurfiest of clans, the only young clan to engage the might of Bulimic and live to tell the tale. Not only engage but defeat 3 Titans of supremely greater specification. It must be said that they had the help of clan Gout-Leg, another elder clan who do not take part in this story.
